Coming Soon Sign in Ship Bottom NJ | Fantasy Island Family Fun Center

Fantasy Island Family Fun Center is coming to Ship Bottom, New Jersey, and this large-format project sign gives visitors and passing traffic an early look at what is planned for the new location.

The sign combines the bold “FUN IS COMING SOON” announcement with the planned Summer ’27 opening message, Fantasy Island branding and a detailed architectural rendering of the future family fun center. The result does more than identify a construction site—it helps people visualize what is coming and begins building recognition well before the doors open.

Turning a Future Location Into an Advertising Opportunity

Coming-soon and construction-site signs are valuable marketing space. A strong design can introduce the brand, communicate the project timeline and create curiosity while the property is still being developed. For a destination such as Fantasy Island, the architectural rendering is especially effective because families can immediately understand the character and scale of the attraction planned for the site.

The freestanding sign is positioned for roadside visibility in Ship Bottom on Long Beach Island, with large red headline lettering that can be read quickly from a distance. The rendering and Fantasy Island identity then provide the detail for pedestrians and slower-moving traffic.
