Specialty Fabrication

In addition to signage and graphics, we are often asked to apply our tools and fabrication capabilities to a wide range of custom and specialty projects. This work goes beyond traditional signage and includes prototypes, display pieces, custom props, mechanical components, and one-off fabricated elements.
These projects typically start with an idea, reference, or problem to solve—then move through design, material selection, CNC routing, printing, assembly, and finishing. Because each project is different, the approach is flexible, combining techniques from both sign fabrication and custom production.
Across Ocean County, Long Beach Island, and beyond, we’ve produced pieces for businesses, events, and specialized applications where standard solutions don’t apply.
Materials and methods vary depending on the project, but often include PVC, aluminum, composites, wood, digital printing, and precision-cut components, along with custom assembly and finishing.
